Yamato ult + Urn debuff not applying

In this clip, I (unknowingly) grabbed the urn while ulted and after checking the footage, I noticed that I could still shoot, could've been due to the dynamo ult also affecting code shenanigans, but unsure, maybe it's intended?

It's because Yamato is immune to all debuffs while in ult
