Yamato Ult rework idea

Iai Rush: Yamato can lock onto a surface (wall or ground), similar to Fathoms ultimate. She attaches to this surface for a few seconds before dashing up to 30 meters or so, striking all enemies within the path of her dash with a quickdraw Iai strike and moves all the impacted enemies a few meters to the side of the ult. On impact, she gains Unstoppable status for the first few seconds and receives 20-30% spirit and bullet resistance for the next 8 seconds.

This rework introduces a skill ceiling for Yamato’s positioning, allowing her to chain her ultimate effectively after using her second ability, while placing her in close range to capitalize on her third ability and main weapon. The Unstoppable effect and resistance boosts offer her some durability to avoid being instantly burst down, yet balanced enough to ensure she remains manageable as an opponent.


This rework concept enhances Yamato’s versatility, making her ultimate both rewarding and challenging to execute!
 
Actually this is really good, I especially like how faithful it is to Yamato's team splitting role, feel like this would be a team-fight tool more than anything.
The only hitch I think is the surface requirement, which sounds like it could really shoot this ult in the foot should Yamato try it anywhere near a corridor or around corners. I think making it more like a supercharged rush (like a powerful Shiv 2) would make it a lot more versatile.
