Yamato power slash lags the game on 7800x3d CPU's

I own a 7800x3d CPU and when yamato does power slash it freezes the game for about a second especially if im up close. I said this in a streamers chat and other people with the same cpu said they have the same problem. The game runs fine but power slash causes problems. Idk if its actually about the CPU but it keeps happening

Works fine on my end with the same CPU.
Have you tried updating all your drivers (gpu, chipset etc.) and windows and whatnot?

gpu drivers are up to date idk what you mean by chipset
