I have noticed others report that if Yamato dies with her sword out she often respawns with her sword stuck in her hand. I have experienced this, but I haven't seen anyone report that this also happens with her 3rd skill. She will have this glowing beam of light that is stuck to her arm just stay there until she uses her 3rd skill again
Edit: ok actually I have found some posts reporting the glowing beam, mybad (couldn't figure out how to delete a thread once you've created it)
