Yamato M2's disappear sometimes

This happens every now and then, but here is an example where I was able to replicate it very consistently in a game.

I've also noticed it happens when more often when using high velocity rounds.

This happens with Viscous's alt-fire as well.

this happened two times, clip shows the second time only. Its also visible that i received no damage
