Yamato dying right after ult usage

As you can see yamato dies immediately after the ultimite is used, this bug happens very often.

yeah this bug is somewhat rare, it's happened to me twice in like 150 games, but i don't think its intended behaviour since the skill goes on cooldown and everything. would be nice to get fixed
