according to the game tooltip my ult is 9.12 duration with 2.28 added on kill
i ult on 34:54, so i should be invulnerable to cc for 11.4 seconds because i get a kill in the ult, until 35.05-06 roughly
i get mo ulted on 35.06-35.07
most likely the green bar is lying cause i wasn't glowing red anymore and green bar is only going off on 35.08 which is past the estimated ult duration
