Yamato and Calico stuck on bridge, suicide/unstick buttons did nothing

A Yamato on the opposing team got stuck inside yellow bridge, said the suicide button wasn't working (i tried it and couldn't use it either) and couldn't get out until an Infernus managed to somehow kill her.

Same thing happened with a Calico on the second match

I think it was related to the "Flying Strike" ability but I'm not certain.

Completely ruined the ranked match, took me 10 minutes of messing around and googling and messing around with console commands because the "dev commands" for suicide and unstick hero appear to be disabled in live servers or something.

I don't have a video of the actual boundary break started recording after it happened. It is in the match recording though via the ID. When its available I'll look into it again.

maybe there was a change related to the grapple pathing in the new patch, this happened to me today
