Yamato alt fire sometimes just disapears

Sometimes when using Yamato alt fire, the projectiles disapear after 2 or so meters and dont deal any damage

It happened even before the update, sometimes the projectile just goes invisible but deals damage, other times it just vanishes like it was not active in the world at all.

Happened to me at 1:35 in my match, ID: 39665787, my bomb vanishes when I'm tossing it at vindicta.
It's happened a few times before.
