Ive seen another thread here with similar interaction, i think if u get interrupted mid grapple/die mid grapple you get stuck in its animation with the space to abort across screen. Has happened several times to me dying mid grappling and getting stuck. Only way to be unstuck is spam left click on minion or enemy to grapple
