Wrong tooltips when switching around active items

When switching an active item to a different slot--For example, Majestic leap from 2 to 3--The tooltip does not update accordingly. Majestic leap's tooltip to recast to dropdown is still 2 instead of 3. But functionally pressing the right keys still works, it is just the tooltips.
