Hi, my friend recently moved, and since has only ever gotten games on the Amsterdam server, despite living in the continental US. Playing games with him we consistently have 120+ ping, so this is not viable.
He has tried reinstalling the game, deleting all network connections in windows, connecting over ethernet, and changing ISPs. The old server region commands no longer work.
Is there anything else we can do to troubleshoot?
