Wrong active items show when I shopped while watching teammates perspective

I have gotten a bug more than once where I see but can not use my teammates active items instead of my own after respawning. Opening the shop fixes the issue in game, but if you don't notice and aren't aware of the fix the results is the loss of your active items until you happen to shop next

Bump this happened to me too. When dead, I am observing other players. Upon respawn, my active items have the indicators of my teammates. My actives still work, but it shows my team mates actives instead.
