Sometimes all my active items stop working. When I try to use them I hear a sound suggesting it is invalid but no visual indicator. The only way I have found to fix it is exiting deadlock and joining the game back. This used to only happen occasionally, but now it happens near every game. I use instant cast and press and hold alt cast for items. If anyone knows of any temp fixes, that would be great as well!
