I am a test player for Deadlock from China. Yesterday, when I tried to play the game, I received a notification that I had been banned and could not continue playing. I am certain that I have not used any third-party software or engaged in any cheating activities. I have been a long-time user of Steam and have played many Valve games without ever being banned.
