Wraith's glow effect lingers on main menu

When you've selected your roster of heroes and have queued for a game, the game displays each of these heroes and cycles through each of them on the main menu while you're in queue. I've noticed that when Wraith appears in this cycle, and I cancel the queue while she is displayed, the purple glow effect around her left hand lingers on the screen.

It also does the same thing when hovering over her in hero selection then hovering over another hero, now the effect moves to that latter hero's left arm location.
