Wraith with ricochet procs 100% damage on her skill 3 spirit bullet same as Vindicta flight

you really think it's not a bug? cause in hindsight wraith and vindicta with just stacking up on spirit damage and spirit amp both heroes is basically haze doing ult

"Your bullets will ricochet on enemies near your target, applying any bullet procs and dealing a percentage of the original damage."

It applies any bullet procs AND deals a percentage of the bullet damage. Heroes like Seven and Wraith gain an extra benifit to this item in that their skills add magic damage per bullet that will bounce at full strength. Also items like toxic get their full damage on ricochet bullets too. It's working as intended, this item is simply designed to be better on these heroes.

I'd also point out that this is a late game item for late game "carry" heroes. It's expensive and very very good. I main wraith, pre 30 minutes I focus on split pushing. Post 30 minutes I get Ricochet and start harassing the team fights with it, suppresser bullets, and toxic bullets.

you just explained it's a bug lol "applying any bullet procs and dealing a percentage of the original damage" meaning spirit bullet damage should also be a percentage not 100%

I assure you its working as intended and has worked this way for a wile. it needs to be read like a logic statement. your bullets both "apply any bullet procs" *AND* "deal a percentage of the bullet damage"

First the bullets apply their procs as usual, *AND THEN* they apply a lowered amount of bullet damage.

Other item descriptions in this game use the same kind of wording. Also food for thought, if the procs were also supposed to be lowered by a percentage what do you do about procs that don't deal scalable damage like decay or resistance shredder? Instead, all procs work as normal, but the bullet damage is just lowered.
