I believe the streamer here misunderstands the bug by blaming the swap (because he ran into another bug earlier).
What I believe is happening is that the slowing shot from Paradox affects the teleport in a weird way. Keep an eye on the projectile.
When the slow ends on the main hero, the projectile is still travelling reaaalllly slowly, until it finally reaches the target a few seconds later and teleports him when he is not expecting it.
