If you hold left click to fire your primary weapon and press 4 to take out Wraith's ult, the ult takes priority, stopping you from firing. This is what I would consider the "expected behavior"
But if you begin reloading while holding left click, and you press 4 to ult, the ult will be "taken out" and then immediately canceled and put away, even though you can't shoot. This makes for a situation where her ult never takes priority when reloading, unless you let go of left click.
This has caused me to die a few times in game, where I was panicking and couldn't figure out why her ult was randomly being instantly put away when I was reloading. (it turned out it's because I was holding left click and didn't realize)
