Wraith Cards wont throw while repeatedly pressing your input

Wraith Cards will not throw anymore if you repeatedly press your input. this has never been a problem until the patch before last. you can see in the attached video i am pressing the input on the ability icon but no cards will be thrown until i stop pressing the ability
