Hi, I have about 700 hours with a vast majority on Wraith
I think if you were to do a poll the majority of Wraiths would say they dislike Card Trick and/or they find it clunky. And I also think the majority of Wraiths play her because she seems like a gunner style hero - tommy gun, highest magazine size, etc. Combined with Project Mind she is very much a "run and gun" style hero, not so much a "magic" hero.
So, I propose a rework of Card Trick and turn it into:
Akimbo
Create a duplicate The Rake to dual wield for 4 seconds
12-15 second cd (or something competitive/balanced towards other heroes main damage dealing ability, testing required)
