T3 Armor/Vitality item: Withering Aegis
Stats: +165 Bullet Shield Health, +12 Debuff Resist, +6 Spirit Power
Passive: Delayed Procs take 30% longer to channel (Phantom Strike, Curse, Binding Word, Killing Blow, Knockdown etc)
On proc: Push nearby enemies 3m away in a gust of wind.
Cooldown: 14s on proc debuff
You may be wondering how this item would effect the other target items, I imagine it like this:
Phantom Strike: You hear the activation noise, and have more time to react before the enemy warps to you.
Curse: The projectile moves 30% slower
Binding Word: Similar to Phantom Strike, activation noise plays and you have a tiny window to react, then warden starts tracking you.
Killing Blow: Shiv flies through the air 30% slower
Knockdown: Takes 30% Longer to proc
