I was testing witchmail and I don't know if this is intended but witchmail seems to proc on pre-mitigated damage. In the clip I have a level 1 viscous with unupgraded splatter (90 base damage) and 44% spirit resistance on infernus, so I am only taking 50 damage from splatter but witchmail is still proccing. Is this the intentional behaviour because the tooltip doesn't mention it.
