Wisdom - A person possessed by a spirit of knowledge seeking omniscience

Backstory: The being known by the masses as Wisdom was once a diligent researcher, philosopher, and theologian. In their pursuit of truth they opened themselves to all manner of knowledge, both metaphorical and metaphysical. Now Wisdom has lost much of what made them human, not thinking in terms of good and evil or right and wrong, but in what is and isn't, what is achieves outcomes and what does not.

Why the ritual: Wisdom is privvy to a seemingly endless well of knowledge and secrets, but they know that much knowledge is not ALL knowledge. While the patrons are powerful, Wisdom knows they can't grant what they desire most directly. Indeed there is much of the ritual Wisdom does not know, not least of which is its outcome. However, Wisdom knows that the patrons are an important, if not inevitable step towards Wisdom's greatest goal. Total and complete knowledge of all things.

Weapon: High damage low fire rate single shot attacks. High range but immediate linear fall off damage.

Abilities

Unknowable Truths: Wisdom whispers eldritch secrets in a narrow cone in front of them, slowing the attack speed of the targets it hits and dealing spirit damage over time to heroes.

Ascension: Wisdom launches straight up into the air rapidly, hovering in place momentarily. For a few seconds, wisdom's primary fire loses damage falloff.

True Sight: Passive: Wisdom can see enemies silhouetted through walls out to 5 meters (spirit scaling). Wisdom can hit enemies through obstacles at a significant detriment to damage. If Wisdom looks directly at a target long enough, they remain visible beyond the ability's range for a period of time and an indicator appears over players showing they are visible to Wisdom.

Ultimate - Shared Insight: Wisdom creates a large burst. Enemies hit by this burst become briefly revealed to all players through walls and on the minimap every .75 seconds for 1 minute. While under this effect, enemies take increased spirit damage.

Strategy: Wisdom can close in on a target to reveal them with their true sight, revealing characters waiting for ambush or limiting the effectiveness of walls and obstacles. If a target has been "locked on" with True sight, Ascension can rapidly increase the distance between you and the target, letting you punish them heavily. Cover can still help them, but it won't completely save them either. Unlike other mobility skills though, Ascension doesn't move Wisdom horizontally and so limited by both empty outdoor areas and indoors. Launching up by a building could be a good way to escape however. Wisdom does very little damage to multiple targets and thus has weak lane control. Unknowable Truths helps Wisdom control lanes and push objectives by slowing the attack speed of heroes and NPCs, letting their own minions deal more damage over time than what they hit and hindering enemy hero damage output. The damage over time can be very beneficial as a way to weaken targets slowly as well, letting Wisdom potentially pick them off with their long distance attacks. Many ultimates help secure an immediate win, but Shared Insight provides long lasting value for strategy and planning, as well as providing an immediate combat aid.

In truth I came up with this one as a concept after listening to all the character banter. I like the idea of this character interacting with the others quite a lot. Seven might respect Wisdom since they're both trying to ascend the state of their being. Dynamo would love to learn much of what they know. I imagine Haze commenting on the OSICs stance with them and how Wisdom knows too many of their secrets for the OSIC to put pressure on Wisdom. Or just talking idly with people like Bebop.
