Since I’m still experiencing the rank and grade bug in the game, I wanted to ask: if this issue can’t be fixed soon — especially considering I can’t even find games to play — is there any possibility to reset my profile completely, as if I were a brand new player?
I mean a full profile wipe, so I can restart from zero and hopefully obtain a rank again without the bug.
Do you think this is possible?
Or do you know if there is currently a fix being worked on for the Initiate 2 rank bug?
