'movement' hero that runs around the ground and not bouncing on top of your head. something like fleetfoot on steroids? vyper is the sliding hero, windrunner can be the 'running' hero.
she can inherit dota windrunner's windrun and focus fire.
focus fire: hero/boss target, 'auto-aim' aim at the targets general direction (like graves) to fire bullets that home to the target enemy, shooting targeted hero does not consume ammo.
t3 reduce cooldown on takedown
