Abilities:

1. Candle of Restoration (Active)

Wicker creates a lit candle that heals and buffs the fire rate of any hero ally within a 5 meter radius. There's a visual cue of the candle getting shorter and shorter until it dissipates. The candle's duration is 10 seconds.

Healing: 20 per second
Cooldown: 15 seconds

2. Rekindle (Active)
Wicker extends the life of a candletrooper eave by transferring the wax from one wave of enemy candle troopers to ally candle troopers, rejuvenating them. The ability restores a portion of their health, effectively prolonging their lifespan.

Healing: Snatches away 50 damage from each candle trooper.

Cooldown: 20 seconds.

3. Flame Infusion (Active)
Wicker channels a burst of sacred flame into the candle troopers, causing their flames to burn brighter and fiercer for a short time. This enhances their attack speed and damage, making them more effective in combat. However, it also shortens their lifespan slightly as the flame consumes their wax more rapidly.

Buff: Increases attack speed by 30% and damage by 20%.

Candle Burn Penalty: Reduces their remaining lifespan by 10%.

Duration: 6 seconds.

Cooldown: 15 seconds.

4. Mold of Vitality (Ultimate)
Wicker summons a giant wax mold that temporarily encases an entire group of candle troopers. While encased, the troopers are healed over time, and their candles are restored to nearly full height. Once the mold breaks, the troops emerge with enhanced stats and a glow that grants them immunity to damage for a short duration. However, enemies can chip away and shoot the wax mold which shortens its duration.

Healing: Restores 70% of max health over 8 seconds.

Buff: Grants 2 seconds of invincibility and a 20% attack/damage boost for 5 seconds.

Range: Large radius, affects multiple troops.

Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Playstyle:

Wicker excels at supporting candle troopers by prolonging their lives and boosting their combat effectiveness. His abilities are centered around careful management of their health and lifespan, making him a pivotal character for defending and bolstering the frontline. With good positioning and timing, Wicker can turn the tide of battle, keeping his army strong and resilient.

His ultimate, Mold of Vitality, is a game-changer in clutch moments, restoring weakened troops and giving them a momentary invincibility, which can be used to dominate objectives or outlast enemy attacks. However, his abilities require careful planning, as overuse of Flame Infusion can shorten the troopers' lifespan and leave them vulnerable if used without thought.

Candle of restoration is identical to a mcginnis ability, restoration field. Hers also raises fire rate and heals in an area.
Number 2 isn't clear on what the range is, it is also useless outside of lane. Perhaps instead something that can both help the wave and in fights?
Candle troopers have health, not a "lifespan". Not sure what #3 is meant to do.
#4 has the same problem as most of the rest of the kit.

I feel like for this character to work, they would have to be able to use candle troopers outside of lane, such as by summoning versions of them. I would consider reducing the abilities that focus directly on candle troopers to 1-2 and make an ability that summons something that counts as a candle trooper for his abilities. I think the ultimate is also very weak, a few seconds of invulnerability and a very small damage boost on creeps would never matter, and he already has the ability to heal creeps. The concept of encasing a creep in wax, and if it's not shot turning it into something powerful, but becomes less powerful if shot is interesting though, and if the buff actually mattered could be fun.

I was thinking about this idea today. I love McGinnis but imagine making a build that focuses entirely on buffing the candles in order to make them push as if they were supported by a hero while also making them useful in team fights. I would play the heck out of this character (healing nova and heroic aura would be must haves, making the hero a huge support character as well)
