Hum I've came here for the same issue. I was playing a game, finished (17/2, pretty proud of it), and after updating it tells me the same.

Should we send a ticker or sth? I've barely spoken and it's always a Have Fun, Good fight, GG, messages. I guess this might be a bug, I din't even pause unnecesarily. And I'm a 7k hours DotA player with excellent behaviour score.

Maybe we are too good and new patch left the game for newbies? ahaha

I was also banned today and I don’t understand why
I never used voice chat
I only wrote GG in text chat
I didn’t use cheats or game bugs
I didn’t leave the match before it ended (if all players are in the match)
I didn’t use pause
I have no reports in the game

My last 3 matches I played Haze.

I also use VPN while playing

upd: looks like it was game bug and now it fixed
