Why I always getting banned?

I’ve been getting banned from voice chat every week for the past three weeks, which makes it impossible for me to play ranked games normally. In total, I've received about four bans. I admit the first ban was deserved, but after receiving a four-day ban, I stopped talking in voice chat to avoid future penalties. But it seems it’s not that simple. For some reason, right after the first ban, I received another one after playing just seven ranked games where I barely used my mic. Thinking it was a mistake, I waited out the four-day ban and played one match, but during the next game, I was banned again for a day. Frustrated, I posted about it in the forums in Russian.

After this ban, I didn’t log in for 2-3 days. Today, Monday, I logged back in only to see that my ban had either been extended for another week or immediately issued again, even though I hadn’t played a single game since the last ban. I see no understandable reason for this ongoing restriction.

I’ve read several threads where people mention they can get banned by receiving multiple voice chat reports from other players, but the repeated bans I’ve experienced seem excessive. I honestly can’t understand what the developers are thinking when they implement instant voice chat bans (especially when the game is still in alpha) while ignoring the numerous unbanned cheaters who exploit the lack of effective anti-cheat, boosting and selling accounts to make good money.

I really don't understand why, if this is a common problem, the developers don't want to solve it and just ignore the players.

I have the same thing as you. This seems to be a popular problem that the developers better fix, or at this rate no one will be playing the game

if this system is as intented it is for sure way to easy to abuse, getting banned for trying to make a match work just because some gets angry is a fast way to kill the game.
