whole lobby not receiving souls when melee last-hitting lane creeps

about the last third of the game, i stopped receiving souls from lane creeps when melee last hitting them. I asked my stack and they weren't receiving souls either. melee last hitting camps gave souls as expected. shooting lane creeps gave souls as expected

had same bug all day today only it started happening after the 10 minute mark. pre 10 minutes melee worked fine post 10 minutes meleeing lane creeps gave no souls.

This is bug happens to everyone in all games, is not specific to one specific match. It happens after 10 mins because there is a new algorithm of how souls work after 10 mins. I'm sure they know about it but I hope they fix it quickly since heroes like Abrahams are a little bit unplayable because of this bug.
