When heroes from both teams die send them to a neutral "hotel" spawn room.

Send dead heroes to the "hotel" or "tavern" where they can interact with each other while dead and play mini games or boxing parry mini games etc especially late game when spawn timers are long.

bonus points for all talk being enabled in the hotel.

i think you should still be able to spectate though, and should probably be encouraged to pay attention to the game as well because you still need to be aware of whats happening.
