weird well rested interactions when rem is forced out of tag along

when rem uses e shift while in tag along, it forces him out, and he does not receive well rested. When reactive barrier procs on rem while he is in tag along, (for example by a dynamo ulting whoever he is tagging along with), it doesn't use the correct spirit power for its scaling. it's less barrier than it should be. Although he appears to still have well rested.
