Weird textures on videocard GT 710

Textures in the game are not displayed correctly. At first the textures were in pink, black, purple shades, but after I installed certain dll files they became just black. If you enable vulkan instead of directx, then all textures become rgb again and have a grainy appearance.
Everything is shown in the screenshots. Read the names of the files.

No bro, its trouble with texture no only "ancient" pc

This only seems to happen on older video cards (up to and including gtx1050)

My brother, you are running hardware that is over a decade old, and was incredibly weak at the time of release. You are not going to get a playable experience on a 710, you could buy a 1060 on eBay for pennies and get 10 times the power.

Even if you take away the fact that I have a terrible PC, it does not change the fact that my friends also have problems with textures, but they have the most powerful GPUs <1060

Also in other games from Valve, for example Dota 2, CS 2, even if my FPS is low, the textures are absolutely normal and no defects are observed
