Weird OCE Server matchmaking

Sorry if this is included in another thread, Multiple matches in OCE region (both with automatic region select and manual region change) seem to be connecting to EU server. Thought to be EU based on Cyrillic script in usernames and in chat and high ms (360~400).

Unsure if this is due to an OCE matchmaking/server issue.

Yeah it seems to be widespread from what I can tell - hang tight brother hopefully they patch it

I'm chasing ghosts here, but was this ever resolved? After having near instant queues for my first two games, I cannot find a game now.
