Yesterday in one of my games - I was getting thrown back into the lobby from my game every 2-3 minutes or so, and had to rejoin countless times towards the end of the game. I restarted my game before we made the final push and it seemed to help and let me finish. The bug is seemingly related to how the game interacts with Steam Cloud, since I got an error for it after closing the game. No actual network/disconnect has occurred, so I assume it was latency or small disconnect from the cloud, rather than my network.
