Weird animation bug after death during a walker stomp stun (Shiv)

I died during(?) a stun from the walker's stomp attack. Afterward, for the next life, Shiv's animations were buggy as shown in the video attached.

go near a corner and right peak off of it (shiv will lean) and this will fix it whenever it happens to you
