Weighted Bullets

A considerable reduction in ammo count and reload speed but an increase in damage per shot. Maybe even a slight projectile increase too. A way to trade total DPS for better burst. Probably useful for those with excessively large magazines or more conservative shooters. Would also improve stuff like active reload and QSR. Turn spray guns into something chunkier.

a way to balance around it too could be low velocity bullets integrated in it if necessary.
