I like playing Mina, but I hate how much spread her gun has. I think an 800 orange item that doesn't upgrade and basically just tightens weapon spread (and maybe something like +1 out of combat regen or something) would be nice
I do think the concept could be broken if the spread was tightened too much and put on a viable late game weapon, a viper shooting an accurate stream of bullets from far away could be dangerous, but I think making it an early item and not viable to hold late should make it fine?
