Tier 3 on the weapon slot.
Gives:
20% fire rate
-20% magazine size
10% Bullet lifesteal
Passive:
when reloading at near the beginning of the reload bar there will be 2 bars
Hitting the Yellow parts will result in failure and make you take X % health in damage and makes you reload normally.
Hitting green reloads the weapon immediately but still damages you for X% health but slightly less.
if you succeed you get 15% more bullet lifesteal and 20% fire rate aswell.
