Now that there is no way to distinguish between those who are just playing and those who want to take the game serious. Lumping us all together has eliminated any way to filter out those with opposing play styles so half your team is feeding and the other half are trying there best to fill the skill gap. I enjoy the individual hero skill rating MMR but not being able to choose a lobby with sweats when I want to compete and a lobby where I can just play after getting off work has killed some of the fun for me
