Watching someone stream on Discord increases FPS

For some reason if I watch someone I'm in a Discord call stream something I get almost 3x the FPS I wouldv'e had if I wasn't watching. Now Before I open deadlock to play I always ask someone to stream something so I can play, and if they end their stream my FPS immidietly drops to ~25.
