Watcher's Covenant (Ivy's Tether) does not get boosted by Healing Booster

Healing Booster doesn't do anything for the "Replicated Healing" amount for the tether, which seems like an oversight or bug?

It does, trickle down effect, the healing you do does get increased it just then gives the boosted amount via a normal tether amount to the ally.
