Innate regen is replicated through Watcher's Covenant. When an ally receives healing from Ivy's innate regen (and vice versa) healing tempo will proc.
Bullet lifesteal provided by Watcher's Covenant does not proc Healing Tempo on Ivy but does proc Tempo for the connected ally.
Watcher's Covenant does not provide bullet lifesteal to connected troopers, but troopers can still receive replicated lifesteal from ivy's gun
Healing Effectiveness does not increase the replicated healing effectiveness (expected behavior is to increase the replicated healing from 25% to 31.25%)
Healing Tempo does not proc from banner trooper's heal
Healing Tempo gives bonus move speed to troopers but not bonus fire rate
basically, sources of healing that ordinarily shouldn't proc healing tempo can proc healing tempo for allies receiving replicated healing from watcher's covenant.
