I had an issue where when I was slept by Haze and I was trying to hotkey learn 3rd skill (alt+3) I was unable to do 3rd skill. The third skill would then auto trigger when waking from sleep or stuns but never would trigger via button press. Unfortunately I do not have the match ID as I had quit the match to try to report the bug in game. Let me know if you need any more information.
