Was given a temp ban for leaving the queue

I was queued for a match, the queue was taking a long time so I exited the game to do something else. When I logged back on, I had a 1 day temp ban for leaving and was stuck in low prio queue.

What I'm assuming happened is it found the game maybe a few seconds after I exited the game and treated the client as if it. Still this is kind of an unacceptable bug.
