Warp stone missing and inconsistent animations

Since the recent big update, the animation from Warp Stone will often not be visible and the camera will instantly jerk to the final destination where the player teleports to. Sometimes the animation plays properly, where you can see the trail and ring before the camera moves to the new player location.
