Warden's movement and rate of fire feel super slow and sluggish. It feels bugged. I dunno what's wrong with Warden.

Fire rate from spirit was reduced two patches in a row. Not sure about movement, seemed fine today when I played him a few times.

Could have been server lag too, unsure. I played a few more games and he felt... okay. I feel like he runs/walks much slower than other heroes even with upgraded boots though, it's weird! I thought he had his base movement buffed by 1 last patch, was that reverted again? It's a mystery
