WARDEN Binding Word + refresher doesnt work BUG

While playing Warden if you apply curse on enemy and re-apply it with any sort of refresh, debuff doesnt stack and root timer starts over. I believe its a bug and such an ability should create double curse

I have noticed that any ability with a duration cant be refreshed unless its finished.
Meaning you would need to wait till the previous Binding Word is finished and released the enemy, before you can refresh and cast it again.
Probably not a bug.
