Vyper's bullets deal damage to petrified enemies if she buys APR

I found this yesterday and posted it on Reddit (might link in a while)

Steps to reproduce:
- Go into the hideout (that's where I tested it at least)
- Pick Vyper
- Buy Armor Piercing Rounds
- Ult (4) an enemy
- Shoot
You'll see the enemy take physical damage from bullets, even though they're petrified.
