Vyper's bolo and dagger interrupt her slide and dash animations and lock her out of dashing for a brief period

This is a drastic change that should be left in the patch notes if intended, if not this is a clear bug that severely botches the character experience

still exists and undocumented change (or bug?), but according to wiki (21 nov 2024 update) it wasn't cancelling the slide.
